Impressions (2018)

Recorded in 2018, our third album is a collection of commissions for our tenth anniversary season by John Steinmetz, Kerry Turner, Jessica Meyer, Thomas Breadon, Jr., and Robert Springer. Recorded and engineered by Vault Classical and produced by John Steinmetz. The album artwork is in entitled “Embers” by Laguna Pueblo artist Marla Allison, made possible by a generous donation by a long-time MACP supporter.

Aesop's Fables (2017)

"The Oak and the Reeds," "The Fox and the Crow," “The North Wind and the Sun," "The Tortoise and the Hare," "The Oak and the Reeds," "The Shepherd Boy and the Wolf," "The North Wind and the Sun," and "The Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" composed by Thomas Breadon, Jr. with artwork by Tiffany Holman. All seven fables have been recorded and can be watched on our Youtube channel. A great addition to educational concerts, the texts of these fables have been translated into French and Spanish and available for purchase through thomasbreadonjr.com.

What the Birds Said (2016)

The first album solely dedicated to the music of John Steinmetz, recorded in 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona with Mr. Steinmetz producing.  Includes "Fits and Starts" for quartet, Quintet, and "Three Pieces for Ten Winds" recorded with the Pacific Arts Woodwind Quintet. Graphic art by Dan Sauer.

Written for woodwind quintet, brass quintet and percussion, Kerry Turner's "Navajo Mandala" is a stunning musical depiction of the creation of a mandala. Originally commissioned by United States Air Forces in Europe Band and recorded by the Mill Ave Chamber Players and Phoenix Chamber Brass in 2015.

MACP's first album is a collection of transcriptions for other chamber ensembles: Elegy for Brass Quintet by Andrew Thompson, Petite Suite originally for piano by Claude Debussy and Quartet No. 8 by Dimitri Shostakovich.
