French Salon Music

While concert halls and theaters were closed during World War I, composers and painters took to salon concerts in their homes to celebrate new works of art and music. The Mill Ave Chamber Players brings the salon music of Poulenc, Françaix, and Debussy to downtown Phoenix to celebrate the some of the great woodwind trio music of the early twentieth century.
